The Technology Support Center (TSC aka Help Desk) and Campus Operator Services (COS aka BYU INFO) will change hours of operation beginning Saturday, May 1, 2021. This change is part of an effort to focus resources on times when support is most needed.
New hours for the Technology Support Center beginning May 1, 2021:
Mon-Fri 6 am–10 pm, Sat 9 am–6 pm
Closed Sundays and most holidays
Extended hours scheduled during busy times like start-of-semester
The OIT Operations team will be watching system status 24x7 and is able to handle any serious issues during the times the TSC is closed
