BYU’s Office of Information Technology provides its services and offerings to campus through our Service Catalog.
Service Family Managers are your personal contact to initiate and coordinate new work across OIT.
The Service Catalog it organized with Service Families, Services and then individual Service Offerings.
There are individuals and teams assigned to support each of the Service Catalog offerings. Incident tickets and enhancement requests often are routed directly to these teams.
